Achievement Categories
Consistency - Rewards regular training habits (streaks, total workouts completed) Strength - Celebrates strength milestones and personal records Wellness - Recognizes recovery and health metric achievements Mastery - Honors advanced accomplishments and long-term dedication
Tier System
Achievements come in six tiers, from common to legendary:
- Bronze - Early milestones
- Silver - Regular accomplishments
- Gold - Significant achievements
- Platinum - Exceptional dedication
- Diamond - Elite accomplishments
- Legendary - Rare, long-term achievements
How They're Earned
Achievements unlock automatically as you reach milestones. Examples include completing your first workout, maintaining streaks, setting PRs, tracking recovery metrics consistently, and reaching volume milestones. The app tracks your progress toward each achievement and celebrates when you unlock them.
