Recovery settings control how recovery metrics are displayed and used.
Manual Recovery Adjustment
Manually adjust muscle recovery levels when auto-tracking doesn't reflect how you feel. Useful if you're experiencing fatigue that the app hasn't detected or if you feel recovered despite the app showing low recovery.
Recovery View Display
Choose which metrics appear in the recovery view:
- Show Sleep Data - Display sleep metrics (hidden automatically when no data available)
- Show Protein Intake - Display protein consumption data
Health Data Integration
The app automatically syncs health data from Apple Health when available. Recovery settings work alongside this data to provide accurate readiness scores. Ensure Apple Health permissions are granted for optimal recovery tracking.
