Gym Management
Brief explanation of gym profiles, equipment lists, location-specific workouts, and video-to-gym feature
Gym management allows you to create multiple gym profiles, each with its own equipment list. This ensures workout generation only suggests exercises you can actually perform at your selected location.
Creating Gyms
Manual Setup - Create a gym profile, name it, optionally add an address, then select available equipment from a comprehensive database.
Video-to-Gym Feature - Record a video of your workout space. The AI analyzes the video to identify available equipment automatically. You can review and adjust the detected equipment before saving the gym profile.
Equipment Lists
Each gym maintains its own equipment availability list. You can:
- Toggle equipment on/off as availability changes
- Set maximum weights for equipment (e.g., dumbbells up to 100 lbs)
- Bulk select/deselect all equipment for quick setup
Location-Specific Workouts
When generating workouts, select which gym you're training at. The AI only suggests exercises using equipment available at that location. This prevents situations where you're at a gym without the required equipment.
Gyms can be shared via URL, allowing you to easily share your gym setup with others or import gym configurations.
