Iridium provides comprehensive nutrition tracking with multiple ways to log food and monitor your macro goals.

Food Logging Methods

AI Analysis from Photo - Take a photo of any food, meal, or nutrition label. The AI analyzes the image and estimates nutrition information automatically.

AI Analysis from Text - Describe your food in text (e.g., "grilled chicken breast with rice"). The AI estimates macros based on your description.

Barcode Scanner - Scan product barcodes to quickly add packaged foods.

Quick Add - Manually enter foods quickly for fast logging.

Search Database - Search a comprehensive food database for foods with verified nutrition data.

Custom Foods and Meals

Create custom foods with specific nutrition values for items not in the database. You can also save meals (combinations of foods) as favorites for quick logging of common meals.

Macro Goals

Set daily calorie and macro targets (protein, carbs, fat). The app tracks your progress throughout the day and shows how much you've consumed versus your goals. Weekly reviews provide insights into your nutrition patterns.

Weekly Reviews

The app generates weekly nutrition summaries that analyze your eating patterns, highlight areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
