Workout Templates
Brief overview of saving, editing, reusing workout structures, and image-to-template feature
Workout templates let you save workout structures for quick reuse. Perfect for programs, favorite routines, or workouts you perform regularly.
Creating Templates
From Completed Workouts - Save any completed workout as a template, preserving exercise order, sets, reps, and structure.
From Scratch - Create templates manually by selecting exercises and configuring sets.
Image-to-Template Feature - Take a photo or upload an image of a workout plan (from a program, app, or written plan). The AI analyzes the image, extracts exercises and sets, matches them to the exercise database, and creates a template automatically.
Using Templates
Templates appear in your template library. When you select a template, the app generates a new workout based on that structure, adjusting weights based on your current performance and recovery status. Templates preserve exercise order, set types (warmup, regular, failure, etc.), and block structures (supersets, circuits).
Managing Templates
Edit templates to modify exercises, sets, or structure. Duplicate templates to create variations. Delete templates you no longer need. The app tracks when each template was last used.
