Core Features
Workout Tracking - View current exercise, sets, reps, and weights. Swipe between workout metrics and controls.
Set Logging - Complete sets directly from your wrist. Edit weight, reps, RPE, and other set details without touching your phone.
Rest Timer - Automatic rest timers between sets with visual countdown. The watch face changes color as rest time counts down, flashing in the final seconds.
Plate Calculator - Access the plate calculator from set details to quickly determine plate loading for barbell exercises.
Workout Controls - Complete or cancel workouts directly from the watch. Changes sync automatically with your iPhone.
How It Works
When you start a workout on your iPhone, it automatically appears on your Watch. You can complete sets, edit details, and control your workout from either device. All changes sync automatically between your iPhone and Watch, so you can seamlessly switch between devices during your workout.
