Workout Settings Overview
Brief explanation of workout generation preferences, training goals, and advanced preferences
Workout settings control how the AI generates your workouts and what training approach it uses.
Training Goals
Set your primary training goal: Build Strength, Build Muscle, Competitive Powerlifting, General Fitness & Health, or Undecided. This influences exercise selection, rep ranges, and progression strategies.
Experience Level
Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Beginners get simpler movements and more guidance. Advanced users get complex exercises and less hand-holding.
Advanced Training Options
Configure detailed training parameters:
- Rep ranges and intensity zones
- Progression schemes
- Training methodologies
- Volume preferences
Default Duration
Set your preferred workout length (30-90 minutes). This becomes the default when generating workouts, but you can adjust it per workout.
Warmup Preference
Choose how warmups are handled:
- Warmup Routine - Dedicated warmup block with mobility/activation exercises
- Warmup Sets - Warmup sets before each exercise
- No Warmups - Skip warmups entirely
Weekly Schedule
Set up your training schedule including workout days and rest days. The AI considers your schedule when generating workouts.
