Your profile guides how Iridium generates workouts and tracks your progress. Setup happens during onboarding and can be updated anytime in Settings.

Profile Information

Personal Details:

  • Name, age, gender, height, weight
  • Experience level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Primary fitness goals (muscle gain, fat loss, strength, etc.)

Training Preferences:

  • Workout frequency (days per week)
  • Preferred workout duration
  • Training style preferences

Equipment Setup

The app needs to know what equipment you have access to. You can:

  • Create gym profiles - Set up multiple gyms with their specific equipment
  • Select available equipment - Choose from a comprehensive list of machines, free weights, and accessories
  • Use video-to-gym feature - Record a video of your gym space and the AI identifies available equipment

Equipment selection directly impacts workout generation—the AI only suggests exercises you can actually perform with your available equipment.

Goals and Experience

Your experience level and goals influence:

  • Exercise selection (simpler movements for beginners)
  • Volume and intensity recommendations
  • Progression strategies
  • Recovery time between sessions

You can update these settings anytime as your fitness level changes.
