The Voice Coach provides real-time audio feedback during workouts, reading AI recommendations and guidance aloud using natural-sounding voices.
How It Works
Voice feedback requires AI Feedback to be enabled. You can choose from multiple natural-sounding voice options, each with a distinct personality. The app can detect when headphones are connected and can be configured to only play audio through headphones.
Customization Options
Voice Feedback Modes:
- Disabled - No voice feedback
- Only with Headphones - Plays only when headphones are detected
- Always - Plays through speakers or headphones
What Gets Announced:
- Start-of-Workout Commentary - Overview when you begin
- AI Analysis - Recommendations after completing each set
- Next Set Details - Upcoming set information (requires AI Analysis)
- Exercise Transitions - When moving to a new exercise
- Pinned Notes - Reads exercise-specific notes when transitioning
- Set Block Guidance - Explains supersets and circuits
- Personal Records - Announces PRs after workout completion
- 10-Seconds Left - Countdown and next set details during rest
- Halfway Point - For timed exercises
Auto-Apply Adjustments - When enabled, automatically applies AI-recommended weight, rep, and rest adjustments after each set without requiring confirmation.
